Was it an "up year" for trapshooting?

Was this an up year for trapshooting. Did the ATA throw more targets? Did local clubs throw more targets non-registered? How do we get the information?

 

I was told by a shooter at Missouri Fall Handicap Attendance was down, but there were more campers than shooters at the Grounds on vacation
Payouts were way down from the past, as there were fewer shooters, so he cut the shoot 3 days short,
