Regret to hear the loss of the PA delegate at the BOD meeting.

    It is with a heavy heart we have to announce the loss of Glenn Lash, PA Delegate from Lowber, PA. Delegate Lash collapsed at the BOD meeting and later passed.

    Our deepest sympathies go out to the family and friend of Glenn.

    Glenn Lash, of Lowber, PA, like so many shooters began shooting as a junior in the 70's then came back to the sport later in the 90's. He has shot continuously (and well) since 1994. His first major trophy was an indicator of things to come as he was the Junior Handicap champion at the 1973 Eastern Zone tournament.
    Glenn has been a member of the PA State Team continuously from 1996 to 2003 and again in 2005 and 2006. He was a member of the ATA All American Team in 1999 and Pennsylvania Trapshooter of the Year in 1998.
    Known best for his expertise in handicap shooting, Glenn has led all PA Shooters in Handicap Average six times, 1997, 1998, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004 - an incredible run of consistent shooting. He also led in singles in 1998 with a .9930 average.
    Lash has won many trophies at the Grand American including a 3rd in the Vandalia Handicap in 1994, Class AAA RU in the Class Singles in 1998, top ten finishes in two handicaps in 2001 and AAA Champion in the Clay Target Championship in 2002. He also won Class A Doubles in 2004.
    Glenn has won trophies in West Virginia, Ohio, Virginia and Michigan as well as the Eastern Zone where he was a three time winner in 1998 and the Introductory Singles Champion in 2003. He has been Open HOA champion in West Virginia, Open AA champion in Singles in Ohio, Virginia and Michigan and Open Handicap Champion in Virginia and RU in Michigan.
    The PSSA homegrounds has been the site of many of Lash's victories, highlighted by a RU finish in the 2006 Handicap Championship, Attorney General's Cup Champion in 1997, and AA HOA Champion in 2006.
    To date, Glenn has compiled 70,600 Singles, 55,850 handicap and 36,700 doubles targets in his ATA career. He earned his AA-27-AA pin in 1997.
    Known throughout the state for his warmth and friendliness as well as his extraordinary trapshooting ability, the PSSA is proud to induct Glenn Lash into the PSSA Trapshooting Hall of Fame.
