We are not very good at telling folks they cannot post here.

During the time we have had the forum there have been less than 15 complaints about posts. There is a report feature. Use it!

    There have been few banned.

    Our rules are clear.

Those banned have been banned predominately for name calling or profanity. ONE WAS BOOTED TODAY FOR CALLING MODS NAMES!

There are a few folks here that only post in response to certain posters.

Several issues on this forum have come to light in the last few weeks on this forum. Some facts that previously most of us would have called BS.

While we will try to tone things down we suggest you use the ignore features on the site. At times the mods here wish they could do that as well.

A very fair and balanced notice in my view. There is no need for profanity or derogatory remarks. Neither are required or useful in the presentation of a well-planned argument (position or opposing view).

Use facts in support of your argument. Facts might be considered offensive to some but they win discussions every time because after all, facts are acknowledgements of real occurrences known to have existed. Usually they are documents in written form and readily accessible allowing verification by others. Factual information guides each of us to the truth and which party is the honest one and which one touts their honesty but lacks the proof of details.

The presentation of fact, makes it easy to identify who places great importance of their integrity. This alone is all the disparagement needed to issue an insult and it is the maker of the falsehood who has actually insulted his/her self.
