It may be on the agenda. Will the Mississippi easy yardage rule be rescinded? Will it be optional?

If optional doesn't that still create problems?

Easy yardage will be an option but not mandatory. You shoot an 89. You can take the yardage for the win or say nah....don't want it.

So you still have a bunch of Sippians standing on the 27 that wont travel since they are part of the "occupy the 27 movement" (thanks for the phrase User-1)

Competitive states will be happy. No unnecessary yardage. KY and Pipe Layers sanbaggers will be happy.

But, Mississippi will still be boycotting competitive shoots. Sippy boycott continues. jmho

Of course optional yardage creates problems. Without feeder smaller clubs the ATA is doomed. Pick your poison and the final number!
