Hocking Valley Sportsmans Club Sporting Clays ATHENS, Ohio 45701

This is the first 2016 Hocking Valley Sportsmans Club Event Sunday Jan. 10th Club is located 1/4 mile past the Fox Lake exit off Baker Rd. One of the most reasonably Priced courses around. Course has been updated, with new trap locations, That I do not even know about. Starts about 9:00 am. Brats and Coffee
Coffee is free, Brats are $2.00 Mild & Hot Brats available, always a good turn out. Shoot is at the Trap Range location, across the road from shooting range. Take US ROUTE 33 south to The Plains Exit, turn right, follow road to US Route 56, Turn Right, go to Radford Road, Turn Left, on Radford rd to Baker Rd at bottom of hill, turn right, bear right about a mile down the road, go pass the Fox Lake Rd Sign, at bottom of hill turn right to club, about 100 yards.

Results of Todays Sporting Clays Event, approx. 30 entries shot course twice, weather was misting rain, windy conditions with 20-35 Mph winds, turning into slight snow flurries, high score was 42/50. Starting time was 9:00am ending time was 12:30pm, Serving, Cajun Seasoned Brats (spicy), Beer Brats (mild), Itialian Seasoned Brats, (semi-mild).
Weather conditions held attendance down. There were 3 female shooters, 10 students participated, the rest were older male shooters.
