Garry. More facts and just facts.

9 of the top 15 shooters in the OSTA Championship event were 27 yard shooters. 4 of the 6 non 27 yarders only shot a 97.

    Where is the toaster?

    Garry. More confusing facts.

3 of 5 of the handicap events at the Buckeye were won by a 27 yard shooter. Also note the championship event was won by a 27 yard shooter.

    STaT mAn STaN,

You still don't understand that the GAH during the last 25 years has not been dominated by 27 yard winners. You still don't understand that the state and 2019 satellite grand handicap championship events that I posted have not been dominated by 27 yard winners. Yes, some GAH, some 2019 state and satellite grand handicap championships have been won by 27 yards shooters but the 27 yard shooters are not dominating the events I am referring to.

Garry. You mean other than the fact that the your stats you put before us shows that a 27 yard shooter has been nearly three times more likely to win the GAH than any other yardage group. That is by your stats.

You are either a blooming idiot or a troll.

    Enjoy shooting at Sparta.

Smithy, I have posted many stats. Please tell me exactly which one you are looking to reach the conclusion that a 27 yard shooter has been nearly three times more likely to win the GAH than any other yardage group. What period of time are you basing your statement on ? If your not using the time period that I used (1955 to 2017), then your not comparing apples to apples. Which yardage group(s) have won more GAH championships than the 27 yard group from 1955 to 2017.

Garry...……….the only time period that anyone cares about is the current era under the current rules. The problems is you do not shoot trap and are a troll.

No one gives a rats ass about 1957 targets and the rules then. They only care about probability now, since the rules were changed. And you do not know when that was. That is because you are a non shooter.

    Troll on.

Smithy, you are correct that I haven't shot trap is many years, but I sure would like to be able to. I do subscribe to and read Trap & Field and TrapshootingUSA, plus use this website as my way of keeping in touch with a sport I love. I will be 74 in December and I attended my first Grand American in 1965. I am not a troll.

As I said, my days of shooting ended several years ago. I have a 70 percent disability rating from the VA for what agent orange has done to my body, for the injuries I received during my 7 years in the Army, for my hearing loss as a result of firing howitzers in OCS and flying Huey's for four years. On top of all that I was bite by a deer tick in 1996 and now I have chronic Lyme disease. My retina detached in my master eye in 2007. I have now had 4 surgeries in that eye with the last surgery on Dec. 26, 2018. Currently, the vision in that eye is 20/400 and my eye doctor is not expecting it to get any better as there is nothing more that they can do. But I am not complaining. The Lord has blessed me and my family and I am so thankful.

I am a life member of the Vietnam Helicopter Pilots Association. We just had our annual reunion in May and my wife drove me to to Kansas City so I could attend. These reunions are both a happy and a sad event. When I have gone to the Vietnam wall in D.C., I cry for every name on that wall. Especially my personal friends.

I just wanted to share a little bit of who I am. I am just an old tired soldier that loves the Lord.

Garry, Thank you for your service. Many of today's Vets owe their lives to the chopper pilots. It takes a big man not to let life get him down, you seem to have survived well. God bless. Roger C.
