There appears to be a scratch or mark on the right side lower barrel. Could you please let me know what it is.

 

That is light wear mark from when I had the gun in a soft shotgun case in which I used to transport the gun to the trap range. There was a rough spot on the inside of the case that rubbed against it when pulling the gun out. It is very minor surface mark.
