Adjusting the comb is finished. Due to the steel in my neck, the comb will be stationary. All up and down POI will be done now by hopefully adjusting height of front bead. The pic of the small rib on top of the 4'' high rib is a proto type I made. Looking flat down the 4'' high rib the gun patterns 100% high with no Bump rib. With Bump rib on top of 4'' rib as in pic, gun patterns 60/40. Within these parameters I think I could tune POI to certain conditions. As in strong N or S winds. Have some ideas on how to make adjustable front bead. Generally I'll keep POI around 70/30. If not, then the small Bump rib will be permanent.
I made this little tidbit and added it to the rear of my rib. When I put the gun to my shoulder it looks just like I am sighting down a full rib. Sit the front bead on top of this, and 100% high, the way I like it.
Needed to add small front bead to the bump rib. So I checked out Brownells when low and behold they were all through the house the whole time by the hundreds! My wife is a professional seamstress and straight pins are everywhere. Just snipped off enough pin to leave about 3/8'' stub from bottom of bead. Drilled small hole in top of Delrin rib and dipped stub into some E6000 adhesive and pushed into hole. Done. Plus I like the color.
