Winchester Super Handicap Powder…No Longer Available

This is a long shot but here goes. I have 64 lbs of Winchester Super Handicap Powder - WSH- (4 cases of 16 lb each) that I won't use - don't load those velocities any longer. I would like to TRADE for something that I can use such as Red Dot, Green Dot, 700X, Clays or similar. This stuff is crazy expensive - about $300 for 8 lbs - so I would prefer a trade.

Bad part: I live in the Pacific Northwest - Spokane, Washington and this needs to be a face-to-face either for a sale or trade. Please PM.
