I bought a used WIN 101 12 GA Combo, and it occasionally doesn't strike the primer hard enough on the Under. Can reload same shell in Over and it fires, so I assume there is something like a spring needing replacement somewhere in there. Unfortunately, what I know about that kind of gun surgery can be written on the head of a pin with a Sharpie. I've never worked with a gunsmith, and I am wondering: 1) If anyone can recommend someone in the Wasatch Front area (SLC & vicinity), and 2) How can I tell if I am working with a knowledgeable pro versus a gunsmithing tyro? Once I get the gun working properly, I plan to sell it which will be my next How To question. Many thanks for any response!
