Whom does this fit?

    Who participated in intenttially disbursing an amount of $1,000, or more within a 5 year period, guilty of a class 2 felony is subject to up to or equal to the amount mis-used is subject to civil penalty of $50,000 for each violation and a prison term, leaving office does not relieve the penalties, of the offending individuals, past or present.? I found this to be very INTERESTING. This was brought to the Attention of----------------- and to--------------------, by --------------------,---------------,----------------, office personnel, pertaining to numerous violations, those that were fired or quit, or resigned, are not relieved of penalties. Better start saving your money, you are going to need a lot of it for legal fees, Not responsibility of the Corporation in any shape or form, or Bonding Company for illeagal actions.

    DR. Only one of the perpetrators has to start talking to save his own hide, the rest of them will be in deep s&&t. If I were one of them I would be looking for the weakest link in the chain. Maybe some of the people they have fired should rattle their sabers. Roger C.
