Trapshooting Before Childcare - - Illinois

If you've seen the news or have read the headlines, you know Illinois is in a state of crisis right now.
The fact that Illinois still does not have a state budget, forces many women and girls, particularly working mothers, to make difficult decisions on how to keep themselves safe, care for their families and make a living. Moreover, Governor Rauner recently and unilaterally cut the Child Care Assistance Program in Illinois, meaning that a single mom of two children entering the workforce can only access child care assistance in Illinois if she makes less than $838 per month. The State of Illinois is in such financial distress they are not sending out license plates renewal forms to residents in the state ... I read this yesterday and could not believe it being as license plates and renewals generate a lot of money ... The city of Chicago has its own vehicle tax, they give you a vehicle tag sticker for in your windshield to prove you paid it or there are fines for not paying and displaying that sticker ... The Illinois State Lottery is still in limbo and they have not been making pay outs to winners ... I got the feeling the WSRC is not on top of the priority list right now based on the turmoil and financial situation the State finds itself in with no end in sight ... WPT ... (YAC) ...
