If the repubs lose this election you can bet the gun rights are buried with Justice Scalia.

 

If you gotta go, dying on a hunting trip (ranch style) is not all that bad. Just as long as the Rep. can delay prez obama's nomination long enough is the key.

 

My big question is " Why no autopsy" ? A person of his ranking cause of death should be determined not a general "natural causes " from a justice of the peace.

 

Especially when found with a pillow over his head! His family reportedly said no autopsy?

 

The M E or Coroner has a right to order one. Which should be done.

Justice Scalia was a staunch defender of up holding the Constitution, which Obama and followers are not ... If they cannot delay the appointment of a new Justice, got a feeling things are going to get real nasty, really fast ...
