Hi. After 25 years of faultless operation, my 800B P/W 12g machine has suddenly let me down. Happily reloading the other day, the machine suddenly stopped dead. I stripped out all the hulls (not an easy task on the old 800,s) and eventually found the culprit. A primer not seated deep enough had stopped the machine. I started to load the machine up with hulls again, but when the first one came to the primer seating station, it jammed again. Stripped down again, found primer not seated deep enough into the hull. I removed primer seating assembly, adjusted the screw at the base, re-fitted and tried again. No good. Spent ages trying to adjust this, but to no avail. No matter what I did to the screw (and I followed instruction manual guidelines), the seating post would not come up high enough to correctly seat a primer. I could buy a new and modernised primer seating assembly from P/W, but at $150 plus shipping here to the UK, and our crippling taxes, I am loath to do this. Can anyone advise me how to fix this problem? Is something broken in primer seat assembly? Thanks for taking time to read this.....Dave
