    The BOD is a toothless tiger. They are told up front, you work for the EC, not the members of your state. Your job is to let the members know what we want from them, not what they want from us. This was relayed to the incoming delegate, from the out going delegate, at a Arizona state meeting. A few years back. Roger C.
