Pilla Outlaw X6 Optical Insert Right 1.25 Left 1.00

This Pilla optical insert came in a kit that I purchased. It's minty, I don't see any issues with it. I took it to Costco and they placed it on their machine which showed a prescription of 1.25 on the right side and 1.00 on the left. Hopefully someone can use it, I'm not sure how common that combination is. $50 shipped to the lower 48.
