Also posted on shotgun world. Gun is about 10mos old special ordered from Larry Friedman. My ad from SGW- Just got this lovely thing last June but it's time to send it on. Not enough time to fiddle with sub gauge and don't get days on the dove stool to justify it. Includes case, paperwork from Perazzi, Briley thin wall receipt, socks, etc just as delivered. One mark on the forend wood (pictured) and some of the bluing on the barrel is a bit light (also pictured). Showed this to Dan at Giacomo yesterday for an opinion and he says not entirely unusual to see from the factory and not at all worth bothering with reblueing. My plan, if I keep, is to wait until gun is banged up and well used and then reblue. I've got about $14k into this so significant discount over new. Wait time for this was 6 mos, current waits are reported about 1 year. Prefer in person sales but willing to ship to FFL. If you are in the Md/Delaware area we can do in person at an FFL. Strongly prefer cash however will consider the following trades- -MX2000S or MX12 with at least 32" bbl in similar condition/age -Partial trade for K80 20ga parcours barrel in like new shape
To clarify the slightly (can only be seen in bright light/sun) lighter bluing on the barrel is the last 4 or 5". Can kind of see it in the pic where the muzzle is pushing into the blanket. Took me 7 mos to even notice it. Rebluing via Giacomo is a $400 job.
Bump to update price- $10,300 or trade for K20 parcours 32" (cash one way or the other as appropriate)
Thanks mag. I hadn't intended on having it threaded but on the clays side it was just too open for my comfort level. Now i can use it for anything and there is zero change in weight or feel.
Gents I am pulling this off the market. Took it on a date to a dove field and rekindled the relationship.
