Not many of these come to the market for sale 1967 gun back when everything was handmade. bought this recently and wife woke up and talked me into buying a different RV so last gun bought is first gun selling not trying to make any profit selling is what I paid Factory engraved 12 gauge Perazzi made in 1967 with game scenes showcasing wonderful relief and detail. Forend iron, latch and top lever have matching engraving in scroll. Barrels are 29". The under barrel is .728 with 21/1000 choke (Tight Mod) while the top is also .728 with 33/1000 choke (Full). Mirror perfect bores. Barrels are ported. Removable trigger. The rib is 11mm x 11mm. Ivory front bead. Center bead has been removed and not replaced. Ribs are tight. Lock up is tight. Wood is well figured with attractive mineral streaks and very straight grain. Stock is cast off. LOP is 14 11/16". Drop at comb - 1 1/2". Drop at heel - 2 1/16". The weight is 7 LBS 12 5/8 OZ making it a very quick and dynamic feeling gun. Cased as shown. Gun in great shape Zero issues gun is also Located in the perrazi book from Karl Lippard (in the back) Perazzi mentioned almost 100% is Galeazzi Engraved but not signed was told back in those days engraver didn't sign all guns. Own a part of Perazzi history. This O&U was pretty much hand made and i would say a prototype to the MX8. You don't see this type of deep engraving much anymore Not many made and rare to come up for sale
