Once the bottle is opened it should be refrigerated. There are no preservatives added. Maple sap is boiled down (concentrated) and it takes about 50 gallons of sap to make a gallon of maple syrup. No commercial “pancake” syrups will ever taste like real maple syrup, anyone that has had the real stuff knows what I’m talking about. Ok time to go collect some sap and start boiling! Later-frank

I live in NH and am a maple syrup snob. This is as good as any I've had and I like the cool logo and supporting a fellow shooter. I also give them as gifts
