    Michigan Corrections Belt Buckle. this buckle was CAST for a reason-retirement, award or special event.
    Not many around, I have shown many state corrections folks this buckle and they all say "Special" and never seen one before!
    I've won buckles in MI, OH, and MN and none have the weight and substance of this buckle.
    Time to move on-
