    A letter finally showed up in the foia request. Is it hard to believe it was overlooked? Thanks to the persistence by those in the trenches. You know who you are.

    Wow...contingent on masking? Who didnt see that coming? My only question is was the BOD advised? Or was this a unilateral decison?
