Interested in renting out house for 2017 Grand

We are giving serious consideration to renting out our home for the 2017 Grand being held in Sparta, IL. Our home is located near Southside Ribs in a nice and quiet subdivision. We would likely rent it as a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. We have an upstairs and downstairs family room, king size bed in master, king size and double bed loft in a 12 year old' s room, and a queen size in a downstairs bedroom. To be perfectly honest, we have no rental experience, but we have worked the Grand and have found the people we have met to be reputable-leading us to consider following in the footsteps of friends that rent.
