I’LL TAKE IT, AND PM’s

Sellers: It is your responsibility to check your listing EVERY DAY. When you log on you can see if you have a PM about the sale. It is also your responsibility to let a mod know ASAP that the item is sold, or at least SPF. Do not use that "The First I'll Take It, gets It". It is on you as a seller.

Buyers: Remember, Because you can’t see someone’s PM’s, the item could be sold before you post that, “I’ll Take It”. We do not have that, “The first I’ll Take It” rule on this site, so I would recommend that you PM the seller BEFORE you post that.

Have tried to buy a couple items through PM’s, seems everyone resorts to the “I’ll take it” instead.
