About that Hemorraghic Disease in deer in Ohio. The outbreak has caused several of our members to submit FOIA requests to various Departments in Ohio. I will post one for now.

Questions: Requested conversations between ODNR and the EPA concerning the disease.
Requested virologist report on the disease.
Copy of Directive saying if this is under the perview of ODNR or Ohio EPA.

I didn’t even have to read the reply to tell you what they were going to say.

The EPA says THEY don’t have the information. That doesn’t mean some other three letter agency doesn’t.
