Up for sale is a Perazzi MX8 O/U with case colored receiver & 30 inch pro ported barrel 11mm step rib with no middle rib serial number 45XXX type 3 gun barrel are mark 18.4 (.724) top & 18.4 (.723) KG1.500 and have just been rust blue , bottom barrel is choke .704 or .020 restriction and top barrel is .694 or .030 restriction. case color is warren on bottom of receiver. Triggers is a newer serial number 123XXX pull/pull With up graded wood. LOP 14.5 DAC 1.375 (1 3/8) DAH 1.875 (1 7/8) Gun is in great shape asking $3,950.00 plus shipping and insurance to your FFL. I've never seen an MX8 without side ribs, did you have them removed or is this an MX3 special barrell
Mike The previous owner tried to repair the loose ribs and botched the job. Then sold it to me had my guy remove what remained and add a front rib like a MX3 Special . The barrel have been regulated and rust blue.. Thanks Bruce
Bruce Who did the barrel work and bluing? Where are you located? Have the barrels had any work done on the bore, choke or forcing cones?
Mike The work was done buy Laszlo Lukacs in Oceanside Southern California. To my knowledge the only work on the barrel are the porting buy pro porting. Barrel are mark 18.4 (.724) top & 18.4 (.723) KG1.500 and have just been rust blue , bottom barrel is choke ☆☆.704 or .020 restriction and top barrel is choke ☆ .694 or .030 restriction. Had to have the chokes opened up that era they where much tighter ive owned several of these guns as good as it gets !!!!!!!!!!!! love the step rib and 11x11 rib
