F/S: SKB 585 Receiver & Forend Iron 12ga

SKB 585 nickle plated receiver and forend iron.

12ga, for over/under, unsingle, and top single barrels. Japanese manufacture.

Short tang trigger guard.

Very good condition, lightly used with some marks.

Includes the forend screws and the stock bolt/nut/washers. Happy to take additional pictures or answer any questions.

Picked this up as a project with the intention to build it into a trap gun, but I ended up buying a complete trap gun instead.

SKB in Omaha still has parts and does service for these guns, and will fit a barrel to it for a reasonable fee. Great way to turn a trap combo into two guns, or just have a backup receiver in case yours breaks. The value of the parts alone likely exceeds the asking price.
