F/S: Kolar Exhibition Grade Forend Over/Under Unsingle Top Single Skeet Trap Sporting

Exhibition grade forend/forearm for Kolar competition shotguns. This is MANY upgrades above standard. This will work on any of the Kolar guns that have two firing pins (over/under, unsingle, and top single guns), regardless of age. It will NOT work for the Kolar TS that only has one firing pin. There is some repairable damage to the forend, one of the back corners has broken off. It is a VERY clean break, and should be nearly invisible when repaired. The old finish has been completely stripped, and the forend is ready for repair and finish. The checkering is still VERY sharp. I am relatively certain this forend was never installed on a gun, it was probably damaged before it could be installed (which I'm sure broke the heart of whoever dropped it!). I can provide you with contact info on a stocksmith that can perform the repair and refinish the forend for a reasonable amount.

Forend has been wet with mineral spirits for photos to show the grain and how it will look once finished.

Rough guess on replacement cost for this forend would be in the $1k+ range.

As with all high end shotgun wood, gunsmith fitting may be required, this is NOT guaranteed to drop right on to your gun.
