    Beretta 682 (will fit 680, 682, 686 & 687 12 gauge guns) 34" Top Single Mobile choked (includes 1 Full choke) and choke wrench. Typical barrel rash from use forend coming on/off. I'd say 95% and you should be quite happy. $795. Thanks and good shooting, Rey
