Al Ange shell pouch and belt.

Pouch is "Dallas" style, black in shrunken bull leather with caymen insert.
Belt is 2" wide leather, dark brown with three caymen inserts and nickle plated buckle. Belt measures 37" from end of buckle to closest hole, and 45" from end of buckle to furthest hole

Both are used, but have just been cleaned and freshly oiled, and are ready to provide decades of service.

Al no longer lists prices on his website, you have to contact him for a quote. Using the Wayback Machine, the last listed price in 2018 was $495 for the pouch. The last price for his belts was $148.50, but that was for a plain belt, the inserts would have been an upgrade/additional charge. I'm sure you could contact him for current pricing, but my best guess would be that this would be north of $800 replacement cost.
