i have two looks like copper absorbers for a shot gun ,am i right

 

Look like weights (recoil reduction/balance adjustment) that attach to Perazzi fore ends and replace the release button. Bet they are made of brass.

Those are Beartrap recoil reducers. They were to be installed in the butt stock with a stepped drill bit in line with the bore. They are anodized aluminum with a weight suspended in oil inside. They did a reasonable reduction in recoil, probably from the weight. There were blue and gold ones for right handed and red ones for leftys.
