I know, there are a few listed here without pictures. If you're interested, send a pm and I'll take some. Alot of these books have great pictures, especially the Colt book and the Winchester books. I have a bunch of trade books on Africa. I didn't list them because shipping is probably more than they are worth......but if you're interested in a few of them, I can make a package deal. Well this should be fun watching this thread as the seller has to post every time a book is sold. How about this? If anyone is interested in buying any of these books you ask any questions and details on the sale via the PM option. For the seller if a book sells. Since you can’t edit the original post after 10 minutes, you have to post on this thread every time a book is sold.
It doesn't seem to be much of an issue to me.......I'd make a post here when a book sells. A larger issue is the number of responses I've received since this post.......that number is exactly 0........so I don't know if it's because there is really no interest in the subjects, readers have already read these books, or maybe my prices are out of line. There are a bunch of used trade editions by Ruark on Africa hunting and gin, the books by Nash Buckingham are must read good stuff, and if Winchesters are your thing, these are must have books. The Deluxe Editions are absolutely mint and priced by what I paid plus some shipping. Those books are already 30 years old or so. I'll not dicker those prices unless you want them all. Doubtful. If you have not seen a Double Gun Journal, find one. The articles are great and cover a multitude of subjects.......full color pics......leatherette bindings and gilt cover and pages. The duplicate issue #1 is probably worth $100 by itself......the issue #1 reprint the same.......the slip covers were $17-$19 each (27 x $17 = $459 just for the slip covers).......and the Readers Index books are worth $100 each.......all those total $859 before we start talking about 27 years of magazines @ 4 issues per year......27 years @ $35/yr = $945. I figure my prices are not out of line. I'm open to suggestions. I've read all, and I really don't want to lug them around on my next move.
