Beretta 682X Super Sport Combo 30/34 Mobil Choke Barrels

I just got this from a friend, with the thought of putting some releases in it. Well that ship has sailed so it's up for sale, lol. The gun is a Beretta 682X Super Sport combo, the O/U's are 30" Mobil choke and the Top Single is 34" Mobil Choke. I shot the Overunders a few hundred rounds in sporting and everything works as it should. The gun has definitely be used for it's intended purpose and looks to have been shot quite a bit. The forend has a crack as seen in pictures other than that the gun just shows honest to goodness use, not abuse. According to the original owner the crack had been there for years? I tried to catch everything I could in pics. I believe I have priced the gun according to condition, that being said you would be hard pressed to find a combo of this quality for the money. Damn, you've got snow already? What's the LOP? Was the top single fitted, or were you lucky?

The lop of pull is just over 14 3/4" with slight cast off for right hand shooter. I would assume it came as a combo as the over under is stamped with a 1 and the top single is stamped with a 2? That is just an assumption, if there is something else I need to check to substantiate that let me know. Thanks so much.
