Any 17 HMR shooters out there?

If so, how do you like it? I purchased one last summer and just love it.

 

I am looking for one now, may get the Savage w/scope, w/ accu/trigger.

I have a CZ model - 452-2E ZKM with a Bushnell Elite 4 to 16 power.
Its a great little gun for small game like prairie dogs.

 

I've got a Savage and not real fond of it. It doesn't shoot near what my CZ in .222 Rem. will!

 

Here's my Anschutz model 1517 American Varminter 17 cal topped with a Leopold 6 x 18 varmint scope. Check out the factory group it shot in Germany at 130+ yards. Less then 1 minute of angle. A dime covered all shots. Note the removable knurled end at barrel tip. This is American threaded so silencer can be installed. Which is legal in Ohio.

 

Shooting baby aspirins @ 50 yds. The aspirins are not much larger then the bullet. Forgive the long pause between shoots, had to get heart rate down.

 

Here I'm shooting some crab apples at 90 yards. The first apple was about an inch and a half the next one I hit was on top the block and was about 3/4". Anybody could have made these shots with this gun, it's insanely accurate.
