AIM Championship and Grand American now posted on WSRC web page

Calendar on WSRC web site now has the AIM Championship and the Grand American post on their web site for months of July and August

 

Those dates have been on the calender for a while. IDNR says nothing is written in stone yet. AIM and Grand are only tentative at best.

 

The events that are mentioned are listed on the site but give no information , which means they are listed but not a for sure thing as of yet ... The 15th annual Sparta Home show in January never took place so the next one will be the 1 st Annual, the second time around I guess ... The AIM and grand dates are listed, might be possible, tentative, probable, date as of now ... The posted schedule shows the two events Monica was talking about nothing more, not even a few wedding Receptions on tap ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

The ATA, IDNR and now the calendar of events and the main page of the website all say the Grand and AIM will be at the WSRC.

What specifically do you need to see or hear, before you will relent and be convinced that is what is going to happen?

 

According to the person I talked to once the date are confirmed , the information data is completed on the site and added to the calendar of events ... If you look at the site, you can plainly see its not completed ... If you cannot figure it out, its your problem , not mine or you can invest in a phone call (free on my cell phone) and gets the answers you need ... The people there are really nice, friendly people who just love to talk to people who are not from there ... I know what I know because I research it ... You can do the same or walk around in a daze staring off into the sky with glazed over eyes, humming the Battle Hymm of the Republic ...

I gave you my answer, I called and confirmed my thoughts (opinion) with a lady who works at the facility in question ... If I would of called my Doctors office it would not of been to ask them a question about something they probably would not know anything about or a shoot in Illinois ... My opinion was posted on a thread about getting smoke blown up ones AZZ by the people they are depending on to negotiate a deal when in fact they can't so they won't ... People are saying the WSRC has been included in the budget, but there is NO BUDGET to be included in and probably won't be one until sometime in 2017 ... I talk slow, type even slower so you and others can try to keep up, read it until you understand it ... Do not read in between the lines, read the lines as posted and go from there ... If that don't work for you , I cannot and have no desire to help you ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

 

I click on it, and the information appears, so I don't now how much information you need, hence the question.

OK, so it is now on the website. According to WPT's contact at the facility that must then mean that the "date are confirmed , the information data is completed on the site and added to the calendar of events."

I think 2017 issues will still be the subject of a lot of typing in the future, but it looks like 2016 is a go.

At this time the WSRC has two confirmed events (see below) and no official planned opening for practice. When that information is confirmed it will be publicly announced.

Reposted for a few people who are not quite smart enough to go and read it where its posted ... These are confirmed (tentatively ) PERIOD ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

 

Gee WPT, where exactly is what you are referring to posted, I'll try to go there and read it? I go to the IDNR website and look at the upcoming events listed at the WSRC under West Central Illinois. AIM and the Grand are both listed in the calendar and in the upcoming events. Therefore, based on your earlier post it would seem they had to be confirmed dates, since you were told they would not appear on the website otherwise. If this isn't the website you were referring to, what is? Are you saying it's obviously not confirmed because they show the dates but not the times or something under description? I just don't get it, why do they fill out the calendar and list the upcoming events dates etc. when its not confirmed? If they are actually doing that, it certainly is not obvious. I'm not surprised they aren't confirming anything over the phone in this screwed-up situation they are in.

 

Wpt is being evasive, I guess he's going to get an "official response" to his "formal inquiry" for every event as it becomes confirmed. Then and only then, he will post them here, then we will know if there is an activity at the WSRC on any given day.

I called Monica Brackman at 2:02 pm eastern time today. As per conversation with her.

"There are no agreements in place to hold the AIM or grand beyond the MOU that was previously published."

Not evasive at all, said all In have to say and posted the proof ... There are two events on the calendar that have been confirmed ::

That is all that is posted and confirmed, nothing more , nothing less ... Nothing else that is posted has been confirmed ... Sorry to bust your Bubbles but thats all there is Boys ... No AIM, No grand to date ... No budget in place to be a part of, maybe 2017 ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

 

The State of Illinois does not and will probably not have a budget for the fiscal year 2016 , tentatively, possibly, probably letter of intent, MOU, no hand shakes,until sometime in 2017 ... This makes it IMPOSSIBLE for the WSRC to be included in a budget that does not and will probably not exist in 2016 ... The State and IDNR cannot open the facility without a budget if they are going to be responsible for the operations of , the utilities, up keep, and payroll of the State employees unless assumed and agreed upon by and with an outside source who would then take all responsibility and liabilities over for the WSRC ... The State could and might require a Bond to be posted and held until the rental agreement expires or gets terminated by agreement of all partied involved ...

The Republicans offered a compromised Budget agreement which was turned down by the democrats so to date they are stagnant and it does not appear either side is ready to budge and accept the term s of the opposition ... This is well beyond a Power play or Political posturing as the State goes deeper in debt on a daily basis ... This cannot get much uglier ... WPT ... (YAC) ...
