Merry Christmas to all-- History Seeker & myself would rather shoot @ that field in Wisconsin, than the excuse for a trap field that is close by
Boy, I remember those days. Young and dedicated. It didn't matter what the weather was or how much snow had fallen. We would run the snow blower on all the walkways and there were times the paths were a couple of feet deep. THEN: You going to the club tomorrow? Sure, a little snow won't stop me. Me either, all those old timers will be inside so we can shoot as much as we want and won't have to wait. Buncha whimps. We'll show them that real trap shooters will shoot in anything. Darn right, with the wind and cold we will have the trap to ourselves. NOW: You going to shoot tomorrow? It looks like we are supposed to get an inch of snow and it's going to be pretty cold and windy What? No way, I'm not going out there. Those guys are nuts. I'll stay inside and watch. A shout out to all you guys that still do it no matter what mother nature throws at you. A Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all our members.
