What are the first two digits of the SN?
Was this type 3 and it had barrel lug work
Done to comply to type 4?

 

Jim the first two digits are 38XXX it was type 3 barrel that was up dated to a type 4 works well with all my type 4 forarm metal that I have. If you have any questions please contact me.

what is the measurement from the chamber side of the barrel to the barrel lug is it 5.25 to 6.25 inches? thanks stan curry

 

Stan the measurement from chamber to the backside of the lug is 5.25 and to the front 6.25 plus or minus. 001with my venereal calipers if you need a close up picture with the calipers I can do that for you.
