Can you find the proof marks on the barrels? There were some after market Perazzi barrels floating around years ago.

All the marks are showing . I thought the blueing was too shinny to be a factory barrel .

There were some French made barrels for Perazzi but damned if I can remember who made them. They were of high quality.

Does it say "Perazzi" on it anywhere? Unless it has all been ground off there are no proofs and the barrel stamps don't really look Perazzi - or maybe even Italian for that matter. Maybe Kemen - but even Spanish barrels would have the Spanish proofs.

From the pictures I could not see any PROOF marks The stamp marks I could see did not appear to be proof marks. Take barrel to a Perazzi dealer. They will know. Roger C.

If it has "MAP" stamped on it it's Perazzi. If not , boot leg

Type 4 barrel lug, could be a boot leg barrel

Not bootlegs, I think Hastings sold them.

The forearm lug doesn’t look like a Kemen if I remember correctly. I think it’s one of those Hastings/French barrels. I had a 35” Hastings on a Tm1 that was a good barrel. Never had one for the Mx guns.

They were made for Hastings by a high end gun company. Which I have to look up. Some claim that they were better barrels than Perazzi.

And what is the bore and choke dimensions? The bore size seems to be double stamped, maybe from a proof house? 18.5 might be a slight back bore.
