No Martin money for Sparta?

As per the ATA minutes, the Martins have politely informed the ATA they will not be sponsors this year.

If by chance things change by then that can change also, the Martins are very as in overly generous so do not ever bet against them being the sponsor up until the very last second ... Good people that are being taken advantage of in many peoples eyes ... We will see ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

 

Always bet on trends. Trends often defy the odds. And being that the Martins said the same thing last year I would say odds are 2 to 1 they will
fall to peer pressure. (their money got them on the wall in town).

But there is more...that may depend on the hit they took when oil crashed. Oil went from commodity to liability.

 

Maybe because Bill Martin will never be back to the grand because of his COPD and his bad health!!

No Sparta for Martin money to save. It's too bad that the Martins enabled the ATA to try and save Sparta it cost trap shooters the HOF too. Does anyone on here think that everything will be hunky dorey their next year. The SCTP looks smarter and smarter every day.
