Rules and things to remember when using this section! REVISED

    Keep all sales legal. Be sure of local and state laws when selling anything.

    If you are not a party of the transaction or do not intend to purchase the item listed then please stay off the thread.

    Americantrapshooter.com and its moderators are not responsible for supervising or the outcomes of any transactions.

    You may bump your item once every 3 days. Any more and mods may remove your item. Please follow this rule.

    Mom and pop gun shops may sell used guns occasionally. The site is only offered by ATC for use by its members. Please use it responsibly.

    Post pictures or the post will be removed.

    One item per thread. Or one lot.

    It really comes down to being respectful.

    If you are going to sell a gun on the site include pictures posted on this site. Until the sale is made we wish to protect our sellers from unnecessarily collecting email addresses that can be linked to physical addresses. This rule will be strictly enforced.

    I'm new to your site but I enjoy the site, I listed some choketubes for sale and they sold very fast and I would like to delete my ad or mark it as sold if possible but I don't know how to edit the ad. Thanks, Gary (Packman 13)

    I think the sellers mark 'em sold and the mods change the title.

    We do not delete posts on the site. Please mark your item as sold and a mod will change the title to say sold.

    You can post replies on your own thread / ad. This ensures that shady sellers are not modifying descriptions after the sale.

    Also this forum was created in part to be a reference and to reflect the history of trapshooting.

    If you need something modified our mods will be glad to help.

    You have around 10 minutes to edit posts. Use the edit function. After the 10 minutes you will need to notify a moderator.

    I sold the grip listed in an ad and would like to relate it on my ad, but now I must list the stock minus the grip which was not of the listing. Perhaps I should post a new ad with the remainder.

    I came into this sport and have met the best of people. Both in the things that I purchased and some things that I have sold. I have been given enough good advice that I now consider myself to be a decent shooter. That was the only place, that made me feel un-welcome, right out of the gate.

    Jim....you cant delete ads. The forum was started with one of the main tenants being that it shall remain as a history of trapshooting. Nothing gets deleted But mods will scramble to mark things sold. We miss them occasionally and don't mind you reminding us.

    Suggestions? Make the file smaller. You can crop the pictures. You can take smaller pictures. Big files stop web sites.
    You may need a sixth grader.

    Put on an ad got too many duplicate pics tried to edit but took too long then couldn't do anything about it. The ad is Kolar TC single for sale. Getting rid of the duplicate pics would be appreciated

    The meaning of Bump is to Bump Up to the Top of classified Ads.
    You can achieve this by posting within the Reply field.
    You can also use a number of abbreviations like TTT, Up, BUP, MUP, GoUp, & so on.

    Keep in mind that you can only Bump Up once every 3 days or your ad might get deleted.

    Or you can just reply with some added info on what you have for sale.
