Alfermann #243 Stock has rollover with adjustable comb and gooey pad. Both are nice wood with minor handling marks. $350 plus shipping
Bob, Was this stock/forearm factory original to #243? or is this a custom stock fitted to #243? Hard to tell from the pictures but do the stock and forearm colors match? Do you know the LOP? If not, can you tell me the length of the stock from where it registers to the receiver to butt end of wood? Thanks, KK
I don’t know if they were original with #243. I have seen pictures on here of the wood on another alfie. I don’t believe they were a match set for color but the checkering is the same. Sorry I have very little information about the wood since I purchased different wood when I bought the gun. As far as custom fitting the alfie wood I bought seem to fit without any modifications.
I too might be interested depending on the dimensions - basic measurements like LOP, drop, etc Also, a picture of the stock from the recoil pad toward the grip would help to depict cast and offset. Nice looking wood and fairly priced ! I have AFL 110
View attachment 29726 The stock measured 14 1/2 on the gun and 1 1/2 “ drop. Slight palm swell on right side. The rollover is large in my opinion but the few time I shot it felt good. I just like the lighter wood. Here’s a rear view of stock and my alfie #243 today
Absolutely not the original wood that came with #243. I owned 243 and it had regular wood made by Sims no roll over.
