Anyone have a Good Friday shoot?

Just wanted to know how your shoot went. Since it rained most of the day here in beautiful SW PA I didn't drive up to the club. I could hear them shooting but just couldn't bring myself to grab the gear and go. Getting old I guess.

Had a nice shoot at Williams County in NW Ohio. Decent crowd but the weather forecast did scare off some shooters. Rain started during the handicap but doubles and singles were dry.

 

Bradford PA on Friday was beautiful,shot in a T shirt, REALLY !! no joke

I shot at Robinson Ranch in Inglis Florida on good Friday, 85 sunny and no wind to speak of. shot a 91 at singles, I was impressed on how good the targets flew and broke. the ones I missed were my fault, as usual.

 

I would have used all kinds of excuses.
Too hot
Too humid
Forgot my sweat band
Didn't have any water
Sun was in my eyes
Left my blinders in the car
Wrong colored lenses
Tried a different reload
Chased an illegal target

That should cover the ones that shoulda woulda coulda broke.

When someone would ask me how I did I would always say, over one, under one. When they said wow, a 98 I would tell them heck no, I don't have a clue where I was on the rest of them I missed.

At least you got to enjoy the nice weather. Better luck the next time.
