As pointed out to me by an observant looker the stock is for a lefty.

 

That should be no problem with the adjustable comb and butt plate. Great gun for the money.

 

From posted pictures how do you figure it's a left handed stock ??

More left hand cast. Unusual I'd say. I don't remember Beretta making a left hand stock for a 680.

 

If it is truly a lefty handed stock, wouldn't the comb adjustment screws be on the left side?

 

Absolutely correct. Like I said it's got a slight left hand cast and slight palm swell on the left side. Not the first right handed person who tried to make a somewhat left hand stock fit a righty and putting the comb adjustment screws on the right side. Kinda reminds me of every SX-1 stock I ever owned.

 

This is a great shotgun, built like a tank, hand fitted, will wear out three Trapshooters. Perfect candidate for a Graycoil, SPS.
