2017 AUTUMN GRAND AMERICAN Winners

Is there any way to tell who were the winners in the Autumn Grand? I know the scores are posted on shootsscoreboard but how can you tell who won the event where there was a tie? For example who won the shootoff between Harlan and Sharred Oaks for the HAA? No results are on the Tucson Trap & Skeet Club- Tucson, AZ website.

 

Don't want to start another thread, but I would be interested in getting the statistics for the Grand attendance 10 years prior to Sparta. Is this available?

Those figures are total entries not attendance. Big difference. I believe I read somewhere that for the 2017 Grand they classified about 3000 shooters. Not sure how you could extrapolate that get a total attendance figure.

 

Understood. I think the "entries" are more important than number of people classified. Suppose 10,000 people classified and they all shot only one event that would mean you have high attendance but low overall participation. The important thing is to do an apples to apples comparison.

 

Hey Chuck....take my card. Get me classified and bring me back an attendance pin.

 

Two years ago the ATA falsely reported the entries. They actually doubled the numbers and reported it. Then they distributed the information in their magazine. This forum caught the mistake and forced the ATA to do a correction although it was conveniently hidden.

Not only did they publish the false numbers they underlined them.

Membership would expect as much.
