According the County Journal the above person was arrested for aggravated use of a weapon. Question? How was he using the weapon? What caused the arrest? Drugs and illegally carrying a firearm? Reports are he was working on a trap. Was he an employee of the ATA? He has a felony conviction. There was a warrant for his arrest. Who hired this guy? Lots of questions. I report. You decide. I was able to find this info in seconds......... http://mugshots.com/US-Counties/Illinois/Jackson-County-IL/Shaquille-D-Bulliner.44187882.html
And seconds later I found this. Previous headlines in a local paper. Man arrested after car burglaries ......the Southern Oct 2012.
Sun Times News report.......May 25, 2016 Shaquille D. Bulliner 21, Cahokia, arrested May 18, 2016 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Randolph County warrant for petition to revoke probation on an aggravated battery charge. Bond amount is $10,000. Is incarcerated
I guess it takes to long to vet new employees. I would not hire anyone in Ill. with out a back ground check. Roger C.
Millions of dollars worth of guns sitting in racks out there would be just what people like this are looking for. Dress nicely, and just pick one out of the rack and begin walking. Cut the barrel and stock off of one of these Nice guns, and they have themselves a fancy street sweeper. Glad someone was on their toes and got this guy.
Not much need for single shot street sweepers, straight to pawn in another locale is more likely. Drug money.
I was shooting on the field next to where the police officer pulled him out of the trap house. We stopped shooting to observe. ATA performs background checks on employees. The police were notified & he was arrested. An unusual event for sure. After he was apprehended a Sparta police officer & an IDNR game warden searched the trap house. When the game warden walked by, one of our squad mates stated that we had his back...yeah right...the game warden gave a great one liner...."that will teach him not to fish in Illinois waters without a fishing license". I remember talk of prohibiting prospective employers from doing background checks in Illinois. The purpose was to allow persons with criminal records to obtain employment. I can't remember what became of it.
Was this person paid for his services? How much do we owe him? Did he have a bonus structure like Gipson?
