ATA competing with SCTP?

    It appears the ATA is competing with the SCTP. If so, why is the SCTP paying dues to the ATA?

    great question... I would love to know the real answer. AIM nationals now has skeet, sporting, pistol, and even last competitor standing.

    The EC has a hard time running a trap shoot, how can they run sporting, skeet, and I don't think a kid can touch a handgun in Illinois so what in the hell are they doing in that. Brad

    I don't know about "the ATA is competing with the SCTP", but I can see the "ATA" putting more people on the "ATA" money tit for the "AIM Program" .....

    Maybe an assistant "ED", because the current "ED" has such a heavy work-load. A "paid rules committee", since the current "ATA rule-book" does not cover "Skeet, Sporting Clays, or Handgun Competitions" ..... More office personnel to handle the additional record keeping ..... And who knows how many more the "ATA" would need to put on the payroll for the "AIM Program" .....

    The ATA big shots (ED,EC, many of the BOD) step in shit and come out smelling like shit, they blame everyone but themselves for lacking performance issues of shoots when all they have to do is look back at those before them and then them self ... If anyone thinks the ATA is moving in the right direction you are part of the problem, not part of the cure ... The SCPT made the right move at the right time, the ATA would of hung them out to dry ... First time shame on you, second time , shame on me ... WPT ... (YAC) ....
