Sounds like a fun shoot. Am I the only person that doesn't have a nice Model 12 in the safe?

 

Had a Great shoot today with 11 Squads.

2-100 and 2-99's were top scores

Had shooters from Ohio and Ky today

Dirk M and Rick S came home very happy and pleased after attending the Mod. 12 Shoot. They were happy the way the shoot ran and Devon looked their mod. 12's over also. They seemed inclined to want to return to more shoots in the future. Maybe they will even let me tag along if I promise to be on my best behavior. I believe that trapshooting needs more of these fun type events.

the Model 12 shoot will be an annual event so bring your old shucker and jump in.

ED, Back many years ago I attended the State Shoot that Dennis hosted once for sure and I believe it was twice in the early 60's. It was a great place to shoot then with I believe 18 trap fields. Then the political scene arrived and well I won't say anymore other than it was a very good spot for your State Shoot and it's great to have the club open again. I'm sure that Dennis, his wife, and Sharon are all smiling down every time the targets start fling. Hopefully I will be able to attend sometime in the future. By the way I still occasionally shoot my mod. 12 that I was runner up with in the Grand American Handicap in 1961. The mod. 12 is just a great pointing gun.
