I have been 2 weeks trying to get an issue resolved with these incompetent idiots.

Ordered 3 chokes. Told them the I.D. of the bbls and what constriction I wanted.

All 3 were wrong. Sent the chokes back for a credit and have been unable to speak to anyone in Sales.

They put ya hold and never pick up

From what I gather speaking to them, when order was placed, it's a Co. of idiot millenials.

Stay away from this Co.

Terribly incompetent.

 

I just went through the exact same issue with Kolar. Just can't find good help these days.

 

There all going down the tube.

 

I had a very good experience with them.

Mr Reed, ext 4104, made me two extended Perazzi Gen 2 chokes and they are AMAZING.

 

I have never had a bad experience with briley, in fact I have a set of o/u perazzi barrels with them now.

If it was a factory choked gun untouched and needed a replacement or extended choke, I cannot see what went wrong. But if it was not factory threads you need to send the barrel to them to match or rework the barrel. I have done this a couple times with great results from Briley. I will use them again when needed.

Maybe they are dealing with flood waters.
