Brass ring......

Okay. Quick question........ I wanted to change the bushing in my MEC reloader. When I pulled the bar out, the brass ring fell out onto the table. It has been a while since I changed the bushing. Where des the brass ring go? Under the shot bottle? And the tips point up toward the bottle? Or do the tips point down against the charge bar? Thanks so much.

 

It goes on top of the bar with bumps facing up and under rubber washer.

Steve you should replace both from time to time

 

The brass ring goes under the powder bottle. Bushing, brass ring, rubber washer, bottle.

 

Remember, dimples up on brass ring.

 

Get yourself new brass washers & rubber seals once in a while. They are much better than the old, hard seals !

 

Adj. charge bar is the best
