KS5....sold off site 8-29-24

Selling my KS5 that I bought off a member from here a few years ago. I shot it for awhile then my dream gun came up and this ones has been sitting.

34" ported barrel, slight right hand palm swell but pretty neutral stock.
14.5 LOP with the pad on it now.
I believe it's a Jones 4 way adjustable butt pad assy, no adjustable LOP , need to add different pads.
I can't say for sure if it's factory wood or not, there's no markings anywhere on the stock or forend, but it's a very nice stock
3 factory chokes and all tools and manuals come with.
Has the factory case that needs a little attention on the inside, the stock hold down strap is loose and the bottom liner is coming up....I ended up buying a negrini and putting this case away.
Just a couple small handling marks but nothing that's deep or very noticeable (I can send detailed pictures if anyone is concerned)

One small issue. When it opens, once it gets past the tension of the ejector, it wants to flop open. This never bothered me since I put the barrel on the pad and rotate the stock down to reload.
I did talk to Kreigoff and the Smith said that they can put in a washer in the forend to tighten this up. I believe he said around 100.00 to do so. He stated there is nothing wrong with what it's doing now, so it's not that big of a deal to shoot as is. (I have a video of what it's doing I can send to anyone who's interested).

Update!!!!! 7-23.
Gun was repaired by Krieghoff. Gunsmith installed a few washers in the forend and shes good as new.
Can send video of opening now if needed.

 

If it’s fixed send video if good I will take it

Just noticed a very small ding on the barrel. Im not sure when it happened but it must have been recent.

 

This gun has such beautiful wood.
I am amazed it hasn't sold yet!
The little scuff pointed out is pretty minor but speaks to the honesty of the seller.
