I was shooting Sat. and a large piece of a target from an adjacent field ended up real close to the target I was shooting at, missed the target--I believe this would have been the same as two targets being thrown @ the same time--flame away I can handle it
Worth a Try. -- Seen a shooter questioning the young scorer on a call --checked his past score sheets -- look like t was working for him --changed all his Circles with a X through it---and that just in a fun trap league. It hard to get scores today let alone to put up with people like that.
Under No Target (page 29) paragraph 3 (when a whole target appears on the call of the shooter along with target derbis.) Could this large piece from the adjoining trap be considered target derbis making it a no target? Just wondering. Dave Berlet
If you allowed people to say a piece or whole target distracted them when they missed a target, there would be no other score other than 100-straights at every ATA event.
Did you break the large piece of a target from an adjacent field? If you did, then "lost". If you didn't, then "lost".
